Phillip is a senior studying government and economics from Shanghai, China. He is a member of the Fall ‘22 Member Class and has previously served as Vice President of Recruitment. Outside of Phi Alpha Delta, he also serves as President of the Cornell Diplomat and is a member of Phi Tau.
